While cruising the river in the Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge, we saw various birds to include the Ibis and Anhinga. Below are some of the pictures and videos we took.

As you can see in the pictures above and the video below, the Anhinga has its wings spread. Anhinga's do not produce oil in their feathers like ducks and other water fowl, and therefore need to periodically dry them in order to fly and stay buoyant.
