Our first trip together was to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, PA.
We won gift certificates to this resort in a golf tournament for a closest to the pin hole prize. Even though Nemacolin has a golf course, we elected to convert our gift certificate to stay two nights without the golf included. The room we stayed in was elegant and comfortable.
There are plenty of activities do at Nemacolin, including Golf, Sporting Clays, miniature golf, and a small auto museum.
The food was amazing during our stay. We ate at Aqueous at Falling Rock. We both had Filet and mashed potatoes which might have been the best meal we had ever had. Nemacolin also had small eateries to include PJs Ice Cream Parlor.
We hope to return to Nemacolin Woodlands in the future and enjoy the activities and relaxing environment again.
