I had the opportunity to take a quick trip to San Antonio, Texas a few months ago. I didn’t get much time to explore things, but I did grab a couple photos to share.
I got to visit the Alamo, which was within walking distance of my hotel. I didn’t have any of my camera gear with me, so I used my iPhone. The following photo is actually a composite of over 10 photos so I could remove the people from the picture. I haven’t done this type of photo that often, but i was impressed with the results.

Also close to the hotel was the riverwalk. It was miles long and had tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. It was less crowded than I expected it would be, which made it great to explore.

And of course, no trip to Texas is complete without some BBQ and other great food.
