We got married at this Sandals property, so it holds a special place in our hearts. We have visited Sandals Royal Bahamian five times from 2009 through 2014.
As we mentioned in other posts regarding Sandals trips, we love the Pizza! This property also has a restaurant on the dock called Gordons on the Pier. It requires reservations and we would consider it the best restaurant on the property.
Sandals Royal Bahamian has a small island that you can get to by a shuttle boat every hour or so. The island has a restaurant and bar which has some pretty decent food. Also, it is more quiet than the main property and has a lot of areas to sit at. The snorkeling is pretty good since the water is fairly shallow and calm.
As with most Caribbean islands, you will most likely see some cats. This one decided to get comfy.
I took the resort course for Scuba diving and did one dive during our stay. I did enjoy it, but I don’t think Scuba is my thing. I prefer the ease of Snorkeling more.
